Emily Henry never disappoints, and Beach Read is no exception. This book pulled me out of a reading slump with its mix of humor, romance, and relatable emotions.
While it delivers the witty banter and charm Henry is known for, it also explores love, grief, and personal growth in a way that feels very relatable.
The characters are wonderfully developed, their struggles making their connection even more compelling, and the writing is immersive from start to finish. With just the right balance of love, humor, and a touch of spice.
Of course, I bought the book immediately after listening to it on Spotify.
